I love psychology – especially our imagination and our capacity for change. People fascinate me.
Why do we act the way we do? Why do we think what we think? Why do we feel what we feel?
These questions never leave me.
But even during my studies, I wanted more. I wanted to see what’s possible – test the limits.
I didn't have a plan.
Just curiosity. Energy. And the feeling that there's more to be done.
I want more – and at the same time, be content with what I have.
What drives me?
Waking up every day, learning something new, creating something new. Making progress a little bit every day. What people nowadays call "projects." Meditation, exercise, cooking, further education, being creative, surfing – my perfect everyday life.
I love sports, pushing myself, and getting better. But I equally love peace and practicing contentment. Somewhere in between, that's where I am.
